I am so lucky to have lots of parties to go to this Christmas. My first one was with mummy and daddy at the SAAO's end of year party. This was held at a lovely wine estate near Paarl. After mummy and daddy finished their dinner we went outside to lay on the lawn overlooking the lake. Because it was such a special day I wore my best clothes.. they're a little bit big for me still but I don't care because I love them! Thank you auntie Andrea and uncle Adam!

Look at me in my grown up clothes!
Well this week has been very exciting for me as I'm now fitting in my grown up 3-6 month clothes! Mummy had to put all my old clothes away to make space for my new summer wardrobe! She took some photos of me so that you can all see how handsome I look!

My new favourite past time...
Well, I am very lucky and have lots of toys to play with at home, but my favourite toy is actually my bath! I love mummy splashing me with water and I can now push myself away from the bottom of the bath using my feet. I must be a very strong boy! Mummy bathes me during the week, however at weekends bathtime is a special treat because daddy helps too. You can see me enjoying my bath in the video below.
Meeting nanny Jackie
On mummy's side, my nanny Jackie made a special visit all the way from London to see me. I'm so lucky! She bought me lots of gifts from all my family and friends in the UK whom I've not had the chance to visit yet. Nanny Jackie stayed with us for three weeks, and unfortunately the time flew by in a blur. I can't wait to see her again though and meet my auntie and uncle Andrea and Adam.
Nanny Jackie loved playing and talking to me all the time. You can see us having lots of fun in the videos below.
Sometimes however the excitement was too much for the pair of us and we would need a good rest!

Meeting some friends and family
So much has happened in the last two months. I've met lots of mummy and daddy's friends, they often come to visit me.
I've met lots of my family too on daddy's side, including my grandparents Elaine and Errol. I often go to visit them in Wellington and enjoy being the centre of attention! You can see me with them in the photos below.
Welcome from Little Jack
Hello family and friends.
Mummy has finally decided to post all my adventures online so that you can see all the fun I get up to as I grow. I'm now two months old, so there's quite a bit of catching up to do! Let me start with the basics: I was born on the 1st October 2010 at two minutes to seven in the evening weighing 3.12 kg. I arrived a little earlier than expected, in fact on mummy's first official day of maternity leave. I am nothing, if not efficient! Mummy's doctor, Dr Dumbrill, had to help me complete my epic journey to meet you all in the end after I got a little stuck on the way. However, once I had made it, Daddy took some lovely photos of me meeting mummy which I've included below. I have to say, it was quite a shock to see all those bright lights in the operating theatre, but I love living in the outside world now and like nothing better than spending time with mummy and daddy.
