Having fun on my playmat

Today mummy decided to take some photos of me playing on my playmat. I love my playmat and play on it every day with mummy, thank you Thebe!

My big pushchair seat

As I'm such a big boy now, mummy decided to attach the grown-up seat to my pushchair. We went for a lovely walk in Vredehoek to try it out and I was so comfortable that I fell asleep long before we got home again!

Playing with Winnie

 I was a good boy last year so Santa brought me lots of presents! You can see me playing with my new Winnie rattle below. I'm a big boy now and can hold it all by myself!

New Year's Day 2011: I'm officially 3 months old!

Today we had a lovely BBQ to celebrate New Year's Day and my 3rd Month Birthday! Grandma Elaine and Granddad Errol came to visit as well as some of my aunts and my great grandma and great granddad. Mummy and daddy were too busy cooking up a storm to take any photos but they took some of me at the end of the day.  As you can see, daddy looks exhausted!

Chilling out in the hot weather!

Its been very hot here in Cape Town. Definitely no snow for us in the Southern Hemisphere! Sometimes I need to take a dip to cool off.

 

My first holiday

I've been very busy over the festive period. Mummy, daddy and I went all the way to Hout Bay just before Christmas for my first ever holiday! We stayed at a lovely place called the Shambala Guest Lodge and we were in the "Palm Suite". Daddy loved playing around in the pool and entertained mummy and I with his handstands. I tried out my new swimming nappy too, but I didn't like the pool quite as much as daddy did!

We also went to Fisherman's Wharf so that daddy could have some of his favourite food; fish and chips!

I had a lovely time, and I can't wait to go on another holiday!

My first party of the holiday season...

I am so lucky to have lots of parties to go to this Christmas. My first one was with mummy and daddy at the SAAO's end of year party. This was held at a lovely wine estate near Paarl. After mummy and daddy finished their dinner we went outside to lay on the lawn overlooking the lake. Because it was such a special day I wore my best clothes.. they're a little bit big for me still but I don't care because I love them! Thank you auntie Andrea and uncle Adam!
